STRATEGIC RETREAT FOR A PLANNING COUNCIL
What should be our strategic focus for the next 2 years?
In 2017, this question was especially significant, given our client’s recent changes in leadership, a loosely defined strategy inherited from the 2015 strategic retreat, and a range of significant planning issues facing the region. At their biennial strategic retreat, they needed to agree on the key issues to be the strategic focus for the next 2 years.
