VALUE PLANNING GUIDE
What should infrastructure managers in small communities know about value planning?
Value planning is not yet a well-known process for infrastructure planners, capital project managers, and city/county infrastructure owners. And yet, the process is a powerful tool for getting the best bang for the infrastructure funding buck, while (often) generating side benefits for community, businesses, and the environment. That’s why the Public Works Board and the Sync team decided to publish an Introductory Value Planning Guide.
